Changes to Sponsor's Employment Status

Hi guys,

I applied for PR through the Spousal class on Feb 22nd.

My husband was made redundant this morning and I don't know if I need to or should notify CIC of the change.

We haven't received AOR1 yet.

I'm worried it will be detrimental to our application, does anyone know if it's required that we inform them of changes to his employment?

As long as he doesn't go on social assistance (UI is not welfare), it should be fine.
