Change Visa Office for Spouse

hi All,

i just want to know that information i have to provide to get my spouse visa office changed. She is not in Canada.
any format or any information on how long it take to get the visa office changed?
will i get the PPR again for spouse from local visa office??
kind of confused here

i have already Sent an Email to Ottawa asking for the change.

Hoping to get their reply soon.

Not sure if i will get email from local visa office or from CPC-Ottawa again.

what do i have to mention in the email? do i have to mention the visa office that is applicable? or just the country?
and how long do take to reply to such requests
