Change of Name

Hello, I am just trying to submit application to sponsor my new wife. But I have a question.
We just got married last week and i want to submit her application asap. But her international passport, Police Report, and all other documents are still bearing her father's name
QUESTION:
1. Is change of name a must for her before I could submit her application?
2. Will her application be rejected because of her non change of name to that of her husband?
3. If she go for a change of name, will that require her going for a new International Passport and Police report with her new name?
4. And what's the implication of her not changing her name before submitting her application for PR Visa unders spousal sponsorship? Will it create any bottle neck after joining her husband in Canada?
