I'd like to ask some advise from you guys. Here's my situation.

My husband is a Canadian Citizen and I am a Filipino Citizen.

He applied the Family Class Sponsorship last April 2013.
Then he got a job offer that is based in California last July 2013. So, I applied for the TD (Trade NAFTA Dependent) Visa in the US.

I got the visa and flew to California on August 2013 and we are living here until now.

I received an email from the Canadian Immigration Embassy in the Philippines confirming my application asking for my original passport and the additional details and any changes like the mailing address.

QUESTIONS:
1. Will my application be delayed or affected since I did not informed the CIC regarding my change of address?

2. Should I just go home to the Philippines just not to make any changes of my mailing address?

3. What are the documents that I should submit?

I'm just clueless and worried because I think it's our fault that we did not inform CIC about the change in address.

You are supposed to notify CIC of any address changes. But looks like you have caught a break and you can simply update them via e-mail.
