Change in job, same employer--applied under FSW2 post June 26 2010

I applied under FSW2 arranged employment for those currently in Canada. My employer gave me a permanent offer of employment but I was promoted since I applied and now I have a different NOC code/job description. My application is currently at the Buffalo Visa Office, I have not received the second AOR yet. When I emailed Buffalo inquiring whether I should send them my PCCs, they responded that I should wait and not send any documents until they contact me. Should I send a letter explaining the job change along with my contract and my new NOC (which remains within the categories required : A, B or O) or should I wait until I get my 2nd AOR? Whenever that is!!

Please advise.

Hi Mahek286,regarding ur post-

I think u should wait till u get ur new workpermit(cuz its a new noc) and then u can send them the copies of ur new workpermit and ur new offer of employment.
rightfully,its our job to inform the VO and update info about any changes in r application regarding r job,address,e-mail address..etc etc...
