How long does the oath ceremony typically last? Any one had theirs at the Chinese Cultural Centre in Scarborough? What was the experience like?

Thank you. It seems that all tests listed under Ontario go until January 31. Perhaps they update it month by month. I doubt I can show up at the ceremony without the physical invitation though. Has anyone ever received the invitation to the oath ceremony by regular mail?

My ecas status turned to Decision Made on Friday, January 10. The latest update written was that they sent me an invitation to attend the oath ceremony on January 9 (they did not specify whether they sent it by mail or email). The ceremony is on February 5 at 9 am but I have no idea where...

Received test invitation by email today. Test date is January 3,2020. Admin, kindly update the spreadsheet folks that have already taken the test: what exact documents did you have to show at the interview?

And could you leave once you’re done with the test or do you have to stick around for the full 30 mins? Thanks for answering my questions. New nursing mama here with a tiny baby so trying to figure out schedule and plan ahead :)

How long did the test take you? How much time do they allocate for it? Two hours seems like an awfully long time..

Exactly! I am not even sure they’ll make the 12 months deadline. My GCMS notes had March 8, 2020 as the date by which the eligibility assessments must be completed. I called IRCC and told them this puts my application well beyond the 12 months processing period. The officer on the phone...

Who knows! At this rate and if we don’t hear anything in November then I doubt we’ll hear from them before the new year.

Still no update or test invitation :(. Starting to get worried. Called CIC and they said there was no updates and that I am a long way from the processing time for citizenship applications

I am not sure why my name has been striked out and marked green in the spreadsheet. Can the admin please fix this?
