Change in age after ITA but before application submission

HI All,

I have a situation where I received ITA but my birthday came before I submitted my e-APR. Due to this I lost may age points. Do I need to inform IRCC on this. How to deal with this situation. Please help.

I see this Note mentioned on ITA:

NOTE: If you had a birthday since we sent you this invitation, and the change to your age decreases your points
total, this will not cause us to refuse your application for permanent residence.

Do I need to send LOE? Anyone facing similar situation ...

Thanks!, Do I also need to inform Visa office regarding this? I have submitted my application in July. How to inform Visa officer? If anyone faced similar situation, Please help on how to tackle this...

I think they know your age considering you told them your birthday.
