Hello guys!
I am currently in Canada on TRV and plan to stay here until my PR application, submitted last September 27,2018, has been approved. I have done my medical and received Pre-arrival letter on Jan 30,2018. VO is Manila.
We are currently waiting for PPR. I know that when I get my PPR it will specifically state to submit my passport at VFS Manila. I would like to make sure that I can submit my passport in a VO in Canada since I am here and plan to wait for my PR approval here in Canada. Do I reach out now to change my address or just wait for the PPR then contact them then? As I also do not know who to contact at this point.
How to I land as a PR? Should I go to the US border and turn around? ( I do not have a US visa). Or is there another way like going to the Ottawa IRCC Office?
