I'll be applying it offline from India(Bangalore VFS).

Go look at the processing times. I believe they are longer than a month for India. Usually the first day of school is around the 10th so you might have time

chances are low because CIC clearly states that application after 1st august may not be processed on time. Better defer it for next intake.
