Study Permit Chances, Second Master's

I have a supervisor secured from UBC for a master's in Population and Public Health, I already have a Master's in Biochemistry here.

2 years experience in Health Economics and Outcomes Research. Supervisor asked me to apply for MSc instead of PhD.

I plan on applying for 2027 intake but I just wanted to see what my chances are etc
