Hi,

What are the chances that I will be approved for a visa for post graduate certificate program after 17 years of experience? I've applied thrice for a visa on a diploma program, and refused for each time.

Masters on the other hand is already too high for my budget. Looking for advice regarding this. Thanks!

if you already have been refused 3 times, changing your study course will just reinforce the fact that you will not leave canada after your stay.

Last score cutoff was 473 and mine was below 400. At 39 years old, even if I take extra education in my country, it wouldn't be enough

Then sorry you're out of luck. You're no longer worth to Canada from an economic immigration point of view

I understand this. But is there another way. I am sincere about migrating to Canada, having dreamed about this already and applying for 10 years

Try Alberta Provincial Nominee Program. The minimum CRS required is 300
