If 10 weeks past between C2 and C3 then you can contact then through email. They will update your status quickly.

Did anyone you know get their application status updated recently by contacting via email after 10 weeks? Because I've already emailed them but did not get a proper update, just the usual response.

Yes. I saw 2 persons in CES timeline form. Their timeline was similar to you. And they emailed after 10 weeks. So in reply they got new update directly within 1 week.

Yeah. You can ask your university. If they email your verified documents to IQAS then no need to send hard copies. The whole process will take around 14-20 weeks. In some cases, it will take lesser time. (I.e 8-14 weeks).

This is the reply I received yesterday same old!

According to our records, we have received the institutional documents for credential(s) that you submitted for assessment. Your application is in queue for review. As you may know, all applications are processed sequentially based on the date when all the required documents were received by CES. In the case of your application, we received the last document on October 19, 2020.

Prior to the COVID-19 interruption, the average processing time was 15 weeks from the date when all the required documents were received by CES. We are doing our best to maintain the 15-20 week processing time for new applications where the official transcripts are submitted electronically.

The waiting time between Step 2 (Documents received) and Step 3 (Documents authenticated and accepted) is always the longest. It will progress through the following stages much faster, within a couple of weeks.

Thank you for your patience and understanding. We sincerely regret the constraints the current circumstances are placing on the processing of your file and are doing all we can to minimize their impact.

Need some information regarding ECA for MBA.

I've done my ECA through WES for my Bachelors (B.Sc.) and MBA. WES evaluated B.Sc. as three years and MBA as fours years bachelors degree.

Now I want to go for IQAS/ CES to get Masters evaluation for my MBA. Will IQAS/CES evaluate MBA(full time) as Masters? If so, which one is the best to go?

And is it necessary to get the bachelors degrees evaluated again through IQAS/CES? Will it be any problem if I submit bachelors ECA from WES and Masters ECA from IQAS/CES in the EE profile?

Waiting for the suggestions.

Go for IQAS. Mostly it will give you masters for MBA. Even CES too giving Master equivalency for MBA in ECA but it takes 6 months. If you have time and money then go for both at the same time.

No need to evaluate bachelors decree.

Hi Trushit,
Do you have any idea regarding the UGC or AICTE approval required for CES evaluation? Do they give evaluation to courses that aren't approved by the above two and are autonomous?

I don’t know buddy. But somewhere I read that they check whether the university is under UGC or AICT not. So it will be easy for them to verify.

Hey have they written Outcome 1 and credential 1 on the ECA report for yours aa well? I do not know what outcome 1 means exactly! Is there going to be a 2nd outcome as well or it's just a standard format?
