Hello friends,

thanks for your reply. I have a query regarding certified photocopies.

I have got one document, sale deed, which has 15 pages...do notary have to print "I certify that this is a true copy of the original document" and his/her sign, date, position on each & every page

or

just first and last has to be certified n rest of pages she/he can just put stamp of true copy n her/his sign?

Is this document in a language other than English or French, such that it needs translating? If it is not translated it need not be notarized.

If you are notarizing it you should follow the procedure that would notarize the document in your country, whether that is every page, first and last, whatever it might be.

They don't have to write the full statement "I certify that this is a true copy of the original document" with a pen on each page.

Notary publics usually have a 'certified true copy' stamp. This stamp on each page would do.

Do forget to sent a copy of the ORIGIONAL document too (in whatever language)
