Today I completed 30 days from TLU...when can i expect DM/PPR?

Hello friend, Even my DD has not been encashed..it was delivered to NDVO on 14th April....my 3rd line has already been updated on 22 april...n its been 25 days since RPRF DD was received by them. But it has not been encashed yet...normally it takes 10-15 days...don't know why...
