Certificate not received

Hi Everyone,

My oath was on Dec 20, 2022
last I heard from the call center was that the certificate was mailed out on Jan 12 ... Today is Jan 30th and it is not there yet. The call center is useless. They keep asking to wait 6 weeks from the mailing date ... That will be Feb 25

They need 65 days to send the certificate .... how cruel! Especially when I need to travel urgently. Now I am really thinking of giving up on the certificate and having a friend apply for a passport by mail and send it over .... did anyone try that before?
