Centennial fees for one year PG cert for Jan 2013 intake? Is it 17300 or 12770

I have recieved offer on 28th august stating fees as 17300
But as on today i received from them the fees statement.It shows 12770 to be paid before November 9.
Please reply who have already have an offer or know about this.Are they duping me or error,
I have applied independently not thru an agent.

Is an1 going to centennial college for 1uear/2 year pg cert program.
Pls share the fees details.
I have received two different figures of fees from them.
