Can you please suggest how we can get Record of Employment (from Service Canada).

Is there any contact nmber e-mail id i can inqure with.

Based on their website:

If you would like to see copies of any ROEs submitted electronically, you can view and print them online using My Service Canada Account. http://www.servicecanada.gc.ca/eng/ei/employers/roew.shtml (end of the page)

But if your employer uses paper ROE, then you have to request from employer. That's my understanding from the webpage.
