Since no one seems to be getting updates, I will jump on the question/advice train

My PGWP expires in July, but my husband's open work permit expires on May 25 - in 6 days (was issued to his passport's expiry date).
I was the main applicant on all our immigration applications.
Our CEC AOR is September 3, 2021.

Because there is no guarantee that we'll get ECOPR within 6 days, I wonder if my husband should now apply for a new open work permit or if he can just wait until our PR is approved and be considered implied status until then?

ADR: Address proof requested and provided on 15th Feb' 2022 but no acknowledgment received.
Background check: In progress since 15th Feb'2022
Ghost Update: 12th May, 13th May,
Second time medical passed: 16th May
Portal E-mail: 18th May
CoPR: 19th May

I have added my wife to my application. We have done upfront medical for my wife on 31 December 2021. and given to IRCC on 20 January 2022. IRCC again asked for medical in May 2022. I contacted hospital they said medical can not be done again in 12 Months. Hospital will upload old medical again. They said its normal for us, sometimes this things happens. I have informed IRR through webform.

Anyone has face similar situation regarding Second time medical ? What is next step ? Any advice is appreciated.

I think they are correct as medicals have a validity of 12 months.
Also, is your spouse outland ?
What's your AOR and VO ?

I submitted my application for pr under cec last August 11 2021 it’s been more than 9 months , I called the ircc yesterday they told everything is passed medical biometric security and criminal check and they said that Vancouver is my vo do you guys have any idea when I can get my c opr

Any around Sep 20th's people got any update recently?

None whatsoever. I've contacted my local MP to inquire and maybe ask for a final decision, they said they would get back to me this week with news. Fingers crossed!

Edit: AOR Sept 22nd, no news since October 29th, Medical passed.
