@CanGoldDigger Also I won't be getting any points for my foreign work experience since I just worked in my home country for 2 months but is it fine to include in my express entry work experience section? (I do have the payslips for this and get the reference letter for it from my company). The goal is to be as transparent as possible and make it easy for the IRCC officers.

2. Is it fine if I just get 1 reference letter and submit that for all these 3 work periods? For the foreign work experience one I can get an additional letter

It would be safer as:
  • Canadian work experience: January 2024 – May 2024
  • Foreign work experience: June 2024 – August 2024
  • Canadian work experience: September 2024 – Present
if I do it like that the system won't give me 511 points on Feb 1, I'll have to wait till March 1 and based on what I did, completing the additional weeks within the 60 days still makes me completely eligible as I would have completed more than 104 weeks in Canada

1. Yes, you may not disclose it. But when you apply, you will need to mention it on the personal history.
2. Absolutely.

You are a bit overthinking it already, when you get ITA, you will have 2 months to apply which will cover all deficiencies.

I have already received an ITA on Feb 17 where the cutoff score was 508 and my score was 511. If I submit the application on April 6, I'll have already completed the 104 weeks of Canadian work experience but then I stated foreign work experience as this
  • Canadian work experience: January 2024 – June 2024
  • Foreign work experience: July 2024 – August 2024
  • Canadian work experience: September 2024 – Present

@CanGoldDigger Also for this do you think I should continue with this and submit my application. I don't think it's a misrepresentation or an issue because even with the calculation I just spent 9 weeks in my home country

Also is there a way to talk to you in more detail regarding this? I don't know about any consultants but what would you suggest me to do in this situation?

No need to decline. If you still don't have a buffer within a 60 day period to apply, you can do it your way and submit a letter of explanation with your calculations.

Well I got the ITA on Feb 9 and on March 9 itself I'll complete 104 weeks in Canada. So, I'm not misrepresenting anything I guess. I'm planning to submit the application on April 9 for the extra buffer. The only thing that worries me is I was in my home country for June 21 and in the express entry form mentioned that as July-Aug. I don't think that should be a major issue. Also can I show this as a paid vacation just to be safe? IRCC allows up to 2 weeks of vacation every year anyway right?
