Hello,

About expected processing time, I found an information in Page 33 of the CEC Application Guide (IMM 5609E, released in April 2010).

It mentions "Processing times are not yet available for the Canadian Experience Class, as we do not have sufficient numbers to make an estimate". I am not sure how much updated the information is in the guide. I hope, as a whole the processing time should not be more than a year.

Speaking of processing times, they refer to 'months required to finalize applications'. So is it the total time it takes to receive PR status from the moment they receive an application, or is it the time it takes from the moment when you submit medicals and pay RPR fee and stuff like that?

Processing times are calculated from the date that an application is received at the visa office until the date that the application is approved or refused.
