CEC Processing fee

Hey,

I am a little confused with the fee that I need to send. As I understand I should currently send $550 and later immigration will ask for $490 if all goes well. Is this correct?

Can I not submit both processing and right to PR fee (i.e. 550+490) in one go in one bank draft?

This is correct.

No, not in one bank draft. You could send the RPRF fee (490) as a separate draft, but would recommend waiting until it is requested.
