Why some of the applicants are receiving by email and some by post?

@tv, Can you confirm if this email you received is a response for your enquiry? If so, when did you sent the email and when have you heard back from them?

Guys,One thing to note TV has enough time to post same information/letter in all different post but he never included mentioned any information about application date, noc when received etc, and not even responding to others questions

he just posted the same info on few topics....
don't panic
but some NOC quotas probably has been reached. we just have to wait for some offical info or more info from peaople that actually got email and a mail by post with explenation letter
they still on September with AOR so we should just sit, wait, don't panic and start EE account just in case

I agree with you coz it could be a reason that NOC-B/C specific sub-cap might have reached.

I was think this too. There are 13 major groups in the NOC B category and with each capped at 200 this brings 2600 places for NOC B.
Its possible that the returned applications belong to one of these 13 groups! If all of the returned applications are in the NOC B category (mine is NOC 2242) then its possible that the other 5400 are unaffected?

Lets wait and see.....and begin the Express Entry as a precaution
