Yess, I agree with you Conor9900..
By November 2014, they would be opening application packages of September 2014. it's still unlikely that they would have received over 3k applications within 2.5 months. I believe the cause of delay could be anything but not CAP!

Actually, its hard to come to any concluding analysis until we dont see any movement on their side....

I'm a Oct 21st applicant. The fact that my bank draft still not be cashed make me worrying. I am concerned that if individual NOC cap is filled as I applied as 1215, the second highest NOC code people apply. Do you know how long it delayed for bank draft or money order, compared to credit card?

I have not made a mistake. Going to the bank right now, with the receipt copy, so they can confirm if it was cashed. Like I said, they couldn't see it in the system yesterday. Will let you guys know what I found out in an hour or so, it's nerve racking for me too.

Dont banks tell you the exact date or location it was cashed? TD just mentioned that my DD has been cashed and the amount is no longer outstanding. They didnt tell me the exact date. Also I didnt have the receipt but they were fine with it.

So .. the bank just told me it has NOT been cashed yet. :-\ The bank will give me a call Monday for an update if there is any changes.
No idea what is going on with the payment or application at the moment. But trying to stay positive, they still haven't returned my application so that's a good sign I guess
