Criminality is passed, my notes have the security stuff redacted, but a call centre agent told me security is indeed passed.

hey guyz just got my 40 pAGES GCMS REPORT WHICH STATES EVERYTHING IS PASSED .
TWO DIFFERENT OFFICERS REVIEWED MY FILE ON 13/4/2016 AND THEY LEFT THE NOTES STATING THAT ALL THE ELIGIBILITIES ARE MET AND MY FILE IS STRONGLY RECOMMENDED FOR FURTHER DECISSION BUT 12 DAYS PASSED STILL NO PP REQUEST.

AND JUST FOUND OUT THat the RFV DATE ON THE NOTES ARE 12/6/2016 :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[ SO IT MEANS STUCK FOR MORE 40 DAYS.

this means that the processing time is going to be 20 to 21 months..

Would you be able to tell me where exactly I can find the Rvf Dates. I know it is a long document (GCMS notes) and I've applied for it in the month of Feb, 2016 and received it at Mar 16, 2016. I have used the find function inserting RVF and it came back with no result. I also checked it manually, could not find RVF or due date anywhere.

It should be on page 2 underneath the section where it lists eligibility, medical, criminal, and security statuses. Also, chances are your notes won't have it, because it didn't appear in my notes til mid April.

Due dates dont mean anything. Maybe they did when cic processed applications on time. But right now they are way past due dates on all ends so dont keep your hopes up just by looking at that. Only way well find out if they are processing the files is if someone gets an update and posts it here

Well the initial review due date for me (and lots of others) was April 4th, and that happened on March 12 for me. So I do think they're adhering to the due dates.

Just got off a call with the cic and finally managed to get some information. He said medical is all good, and they are just waiting for Police certificate for my wife.

Question to the folks here - did anyone get police certificate for China? If so, can you please walk me through the steps?

They recommended pass for my case on April 20th. So should I expect a due day of 20 June ? Applied notes on early April and am still waiting for it.

Mine was put to RFV check on April 9, so it appears my due date is one month from then. Not sure why vini8992's is two months after.

Well we cnt do much on that, if we can wait for 19months waiting for one more month wont take anything out of us. So just relax guyz eveeybody will be a pr. Some will get sooner n some have to wait longer. Njoy ur life dont take much stess
