Have you tried calling them? If somebody answers, they are working. I think, it's only a small number left here who are waiting and a bigger number of other people waiting on their desk.

It seems that they have finished almost all Aug applications, 60% of September applicants, 5% October applicants.

I believe most of Sept applicants got MR and 70% got PPR, and most of all Oct applicants got MR, not accurate information as Oct applicants are not very active on forum

I still don't have my MR yet, should I start to worry? what can I do?? My agent said give it a little bit more time, I am Oct 9 applicant. Please help!!!

I am Oct 20 applicant and I did Medical upfront on 10th March but it's not updated yet although I can log in with RPRF fee receipt number ..

Wait time is killing us, I am loosing my patience

Depends on what they have requested for. If it's docs and certs, you can email. If pictures and signed letters, you'll have to mail.
Be specific in questions you ask please.

Police Certificate: From each country/state where the residence period has been six months or longer since the age of 18, provide an original police clearance certificate. Please provide an updated Police Certificate for any country where you have resided for a period of at least six (6) months since October 2014.

Schedule A: A separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature. Please provide an updated, separate and newly completed Schedule A Background Declaration form (IMM 5669) bearing an original signature including the details of your personal history since October 2014.
This must be received at this office by:

They ask to send original pcc and documents with signature.
In the end of the mail , The mention to send via email.
How can i send original Pcc and documents with original signature though email ?
