A question! Both me and my wife have received the email from IRCC. Should both of us reply to IRCC email separately or is it okay if I reply only with the requested info as the main applicant?

Yes. Copy and paste the template from pdf and fill in the template.
No picture required now. That would be the next step after you got credentials.

I can see my COPR number on the tracker website but I'm still waiting for the first portal email.
