My theory is, we're already in Canada working and everything, so they don't need to rush ours. They're trying to get more people into Canada, so that's why all the Outland Applications are getting prioritized.

That's kinda unfair, no? CEC or FSW, both are EE applicants and both are qualified applicants. Plus our WP/PGWP is expiring as well.

There are certain jobs I need a PR to apply for and as my expiration gets closer even those that don't won't hire me...basically stuck in my current job
 
I don't think they are favoring one over the other. It's just that it's inconsistent in the way they process the applications, that's all!

You'd think they would process the majority of them in the order it's received. I understand Security / BGC etc can take some time to complete, but once that information is received then they go back into where they were on the queue... I don't understand how they work haha
