Hmm, my AOR is Nov 10, Background check completed on Jan 31 and then nothing.

Unable to reach them via phone. Should I order the GCMS note?!

Try the 2,1,2,0 trick. It worked for me yesterday from the second attempt.
GCMS might be a longer wait haha.

Finally decided to call IRCC today. I was pulling the 2,1,2,0, trick that I learned from here, so thanks a lot I got connected to an agent on my 8th try, and it was at around 12:30 pm my local time.
I was told my BC hadn't been started. Specifically, info sharing is in progress, and criminality & security are not started. Both my dependent and I had years of study and work history in the US; I guess this plays a role in the info sharing processing time.
Also got my PVO and SVO infomation. Please see my signature.

We have the same status. Except my medical is still In Progress (I submitted old medicals). Info Sharing is complete but Criminality is In Progress and Security is not yet started. I don't know how they process applications. Seems like it's random and not First In First Out.

Question about PCC. I already submitted PCC from my home country. It was issued a year ago, but after the date I came to Canada and I never came back to my home country since then.
Recently I got a fresh PCC for other purposes and thinking should I submit a fresh PCC through the web-form just in case because I have it? I haven’t received any ADR requests since AOR and my Eligibility passed, but Background check isn’t started.

Technically your old PCC is not valid after 6 months, if you were still in India on the date of issuance. You may submit the new one through webform.

Last time I was in India Jan 5, 2022. My PCC which I submitted at the time of AOR was issued on Jan 26, 2022 (requested and received being in Canada).
I just got a new one yesterday and was thinking is it may expedite the process if I send a fresh one.

In that case the PCC you submitted with AOR is still valid. Whether it will expedite the process, its unlikely but you may give a try if you want.

Just received my CBSA notes and noticed that security and medical due date is both Nov 16, 2023. Does this mean my application will be opened only again by that time???? Medical is in progress and security not started.

IRCC usually create credentials in couple of days. Hopefully you should get it by Monday.

Is CBSA note different from the paid version? Which one is better? Do you have all the information you need with this CBSA note? Like, Eligibility, Background check, etc?
