CEC NOC Code confusion

Hello Everyone

I need to ask about the NOC code I should select for my CEC application.

I do have 11 months of experience in NOC 2174 and currently working in NOC 2173 code job from last 2 months

So, my question is, what NOC code should I select for my CEC profile?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Ur Canadian exp is under 2174 - correct
U should select this
Indian exp don’t matter if u are planning for cec class

Yeah, I am aiming for CEC.
From April 2021 until March 2022, I worked on NOC code 2174 i.e. 11 months.

From March 2022 till Present, I am working on NOC code 2173, i.e. 2 months until now.

Ok I think u should select the noc where you have the majority of the exp in cec class
So u should select 2174 as u have 11 months in this noc

If it’s not cec then 2173 makes sense

I don’t think either one is fine you need to me more careful as ur targeting cec and they look at the Canadian exp

Are you meaning the Primary Occupation? If so, I don't think it matters since you are aiming for CEC. Under CEC, all work experience gained in Canada can be combined anyway. Just make sure your employer(s) is willing to write or sign the letter of employment stating you have at least one year of work in Canada.
