AOR is June 22.. but I got nothing on gckey no updates. I called to ircc and agent said that eligibility is passed, background check is in progress, medical and bio has not any updates.. I don't understand why..
Did you give the Biometrics again? Could you please provide some details about your biometrics ?
No, I had my biometrics already when I applied for a study permit. Since we submitted our application before June 14, we're unaffected by the new biometric collection policy.
Doesn't matter if you have given biometrics prior or not, if you submitted your application after June 14 you have to give biometrics again.

Eligibility completed: Oct 3
GCKey final decision: Oct 10

PR card: in progress

Eligibility completed: Oct 12

COPR# generated on tracker: Oct 16
GCKey final decision: Pending (Final decision showing as 15th Oct)
Portal 1 email : pending
My only concern is that the decision is still pending but everything else is complete on tracker. Does this mean I have been approved for PR?

Final Decision shows that application is still under process.
Hopefully you get the update soon! I have usually noticed that ghost updates appear after 9 pm EST.
