I called CIC today and they said they cannot help. Because one time my application got refused after 3 months, I am so worried.

What do you mean by 'application was refused after 3 months'? Can you explain? Is this your second PR application?

I submitted a PR application and I for AOR and after 3 months they send me to email that my documents are not completed and got refused. Yes, this is the second time.

Today, finally an update telling me they've started the background check! So to everyone still waiting for some updates, they are moving slowly in some cases, but they are moving forward

Cookind if medical passed we are good until finale review file is returned incomplete in R10 completness check if R10 is done then medical is passed dont worry

If your medical is passed, it means your application is complete which signifies R10 is passed

I did both before I submit.

I did both of them before but they did not check them or pass.

you did but is medical was passed? because as per cic R10 check is done first and your file is returned if incomplete medical passed and bipmetric and review of eligibilty is only starts if you passed from R10 completeness
