I got my PPR email today. My question is, I will be travelling to Montreal from Halifax next week. Is there any way that I can do the landing or something like that?

I haven't sent my passport, can I talk to an officer and make some arrangements with them at the airport?

You cannot do the landing without your COPR so no unfortunately.
