Yes, I have the same issue. I had applied in December 2018 and then late in February 2019 I added my spouse details in my existing application but since February 2019, I haven't seen any updates.
When you add spouse in middle of process, then processing will take much more time.
One of my friend got after 18 months.

How many still waiting? This is becoming very frustrating, it is 1 year and 1 month today for me and I don't see any light that anything will happen soon...

Are you under canadian experience class category?? Are you already in canada? Are you a single applicant?? 13 months is really really long time. Did you contact CIC?
Please reply

Yes! I am under Canadian Experience, I have been legally in Canada for 4 years with work permits, I am a single applicant. I have been calling CIC like once a month ever since y passed the 6 month mark and they just say that there is nothing for me to do, just wait. I am truly desperate and don't know what to do!!! What would you recommend me to do?

Did you order GCMS notes? If not, then order it. Also fill the webform asking what's the current status of your application and where its stuck?
Sometimes webform reply gives you more information then on call.

They kept asking for different Aor's every 3 months. And now corona has happened... The way they work is crazy...
