I wanted to share my timeline with the masses:
- CEC Inland - applied December 15, 2018
- AOR December 15, 2018
- Passport request email: March 1st
- Documents received by CIC: March 5th
I did not kept track of approvals and things. I hope I get the CoPR soon

I thought that ghost update is when you receive a notification that something is updated but when you log in, you see nothing changed. Are you sure that this change in the status box means PPR is coming soon?

“Estimated remaining time” updates:
O months – Dec 22 2018
04 month – Feb 06 2019
17 weeks – Feb 25 2019
16 weeks – March 04 2019
March 08 2019 – Call CIC at 888-242-2100 to inquiry about my application. They don`t need extra documents and doesn`t look like they will requesting any. And they are in fact working on my background check. The lady I talk to, remind me that they do have a timeframe up to 6 months to do the whole process.
I really think my background check will take longer because of the number of international trips and amount of times I moved.
For now I can only work on my patience and wait!! Fingers cross!!

Should i have asked that?
What difference it will make on my process since i am inland?
And why that information is useful?
I am going to end up calling again in a couple of weeks if i don`t have any updates, i will ask. But regardless of that, there is nothing we can do if we end up on a bad office, right?

Hello, Would like to ask you if you received any updates? I submitted a web form and they told me that my VO is Vancouver which is known to be slow
