CEC August 2018 Applicants

Hi all,

Finally got our GCMS notes today. The eligibility part says:

Eligibility: Recommended Passed
Security: Not Started
Criminality: In Progress
Medical: Passed
Info Sharing: Complete

When we look into the last few pages, it says:

CEC experience - 1 year and 0 months. CRS Canadian work: 1 year and 0 months. CEC Work: 1 year CRS Canadian work: 1 year(s) of 2 year(s) - REVIEW REQUIRED

Any idea what this review required means?

Also found this in our GCMS notes:

CEC MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS - Appears met. Ready to finalize RPRF: Complete

I'm assuming this is a good sign?

Would you tell me when you go online on your profile did they mention there eligibility or review required has been passed?

What I understood, if you pass the crminality then there will be no more steps; you will get the PPR email.

How many days exactly it took to get GCMS notes for you?

Not true. My criminality passed a month ago, my security has not started yet.

I think the applicants from May till August are all stuck in the clearance phase. Maybe the agencies are backlogged in real, I don't see any other good reason behind the delay other than that.

31 days exactly. I think Security is the final step in the process, not criminality

I've been waiting 141 days now :( I was hoping my PPR would come in at the 4 months mark... but still no sign. AOR was August 14th. Going through CEC EE. Anyone else in the same boat? I am wondering if there is a christmas backlog...

Submitted everything on July 16... and was hoping for four months too. Haha, now it is five months with no sign on updates. The wait is brutal.

Oh damn. That doesn't fill me with joy. But at least you're near the end now - it should only take another 3 weeks if that.
