Does anyone know what should I do about this?
We received your application for permanent residence on August 7, 2014.
We sent you correspondence acknowledging receipt of your application(s) on October 28, 2014.
We started processing your application on October 29, 2014.
We sent you correspondence on June 29, 2015. If you have not yet provided the information or the requested documents, please do so as soon as possible. Please wait until you receive the correspondence before sending us additional information, as the correspondence will outline all information that is required.
Medical results have been received.

They asked additional documents on June29th I have sent that in 3 weeks. Now they said they did not get any of those?!!!

did you email or mailed your docs ..if its through email you should get automated reply

I mailed my documents and never got any reply. the Canada post tracking number shows they got my documents.
Last month I called them, they said if you mailed the additional documents you should just wait, they never send anything back to confirm.
Does anyone know if there is a number I can call?

I dont think they are saying they didnt get any of those. Looks more like a late update to your ecas. You should still email CIC and ask them to confirm if they have received the documents.

Thank you so much, that makes me feel a lot better. Yes I first did my Medical Exam and then send those documents they asked for. But the missing documents just got updated today.
Ugggg. maybe I should be happy that they are moving forward

Send them an email. Just say that you sent these documents back in July 2015. Ask for confirmation if they have received it.

Best way to confirm if the documents are received is by email. Call agents are useless and untrustworthy

I got this line too, but it doesnt mean they didnt get the documents. its just a general reminder to send the documents in case you didnt send them yet. I could see on my notes they got the documents i sent them back in June too and i still see this line on the status, so dont worry about it.

Got my PPR today morning. Status in ECAS changed to DM. Have to get my passport renewed now because it is expiring in June and CIC accepts at least a 6 months validity passport.

My timeline:

App date: 15th August, 2014
AOR: 4th December, 2014
MR: 14th Jan, 2016
Medicals Received: 2nd Feb, 2016
RPRF upfront: 15th Feb, 2016
PPR: 29th Feb, 2016
