Don't worry about medical received not showing up on ecas. There is always a delay. You can email cic and ask if they have received your medical or not. Check with your doctor first to see if he or she has uploaded it.

this would only be bad if you applied for a US visa next time itll say previously entry refused.. but since you are getting your canadian passport soon that wont be an issue anymore.. as long as you don't plan on travelling to the states before you get your passport..

No request for additional docs since AOR

I don't think CIC approves the application in any specific order. I am Aug 1st applicant, did my medical and paid RPRF 1.5months back, still waiting for PPR.
