yes you can pay upfront, but that wont make any difference to your application, I suggest you wait until you get the request. Plus the request will indicate the details relates to your file,

I did nothing upfront and my file moved fast all depend on your application,

I got my free requested same day CIC received my medical results, that was Jan 8, and still waiting

Hello Teb... Did you notify CIC after you did your medical or your Dr. jus uploaded the results? And how long it took to show up on ECAS ?

Hi All,

I am Aug 05 2014 applicant, received medicals request in April 2015. I did receive my GCMS notes yesterday and I see APPLICATION ASSIGNMENT - Due date - Feb 4 2016 (I could see this only in my latest GCMS notes, not the old ones).

Do this date have any significance? Any comments?

Thanks

HI Sairam09, were you on second review?

Thanks

Hi Guys,

I too have the same 'APPLICATION ASSIGNMENT - Due date - Feb 4 2016' this time in GCMS and not there before.

Can anybody let us know what that means?

Thanks

Its simply means the officer will look at the file and if other items are done, then will proceed but if it's pending then give another assignment date BUT meanwhile if other item is done, file will be opened before future assignment date
Its like a reminder calendar

Hello

Can you please advise any notes generated on your GCMS by analyst or officer?

Also what do the fields eligibility, criminality and security are showing?

I did nothing,

when I received the medical request it has a reference # on, I took the form to the Dr. and he did every thing,

I did my medical on a Monday, on the Friday of the same week he submitted the results to CIC. As soon as CIC received the results they asked for the RPRF.

More over my Ecase was updated that medial received within 24 hrs.

Thanks All for your replies.

@vikrantcanada

My application was reviewed by officer in April 17 2015 (then I received medicals) with comments = Appears to meet requirements

eligibility=in progress (in other place it shows "Recommended passed"), criminality=in progress, medicals=passed and security=not started

Thanks

Hi if you check on that link, the fee for Spouse is different : "Spouse, common-law partner or conjugal partner of the principal applicant or where a transitional provision applies, a family member of the principal applicant who is 22 years of age or older" = $550
and for the Primary Applicant : its under : Right of Permanent Residence Fee = $490.
Hence enter "1" for each of these categories and you'll pay : $550 + $490 = $1040.

Thank You !! +1

Go to the website: https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/epay/welcome.do?lang=en
· Read the instructions on each page, and click “Continue” to proceed
· Select the “Immigration” link, followed by “Right of Permanent Residence Fee”
· You must pay this fee once for yourself as principal applicant
· You must also pay this fee for your accompanying spouse or common law partner, if you have one
· Enter the number of fee payments (1 or 2) in the box beside the fee of $490
· Click “Submit”
· Proceed to pay your fees by selecting “Pay” and then follow the instructions to pay with a credit card

Once paid I printed the receipt filled in the required details and sent an email to
CPCO-Cost-recovery.CTDO-Recouvrement-frais@cic.gc.ca, CPPO-Cost-Recovery@cic.gc.ca
with CPC-CTD-Ottawa <CPC-CTD-Ottawa@cic.gc.ca> in cc.

Make sure you include the details of all the applicants.

Also kept the subject line as

Right of Permanent Residence Fee (RPRF) Payment Receipt - APPLICATION # XXXXXXXXX - UCI: XXXXXXXX

Thank You !! +1

It seems that the analyst have done his/her work and you have been passed by the analyst. That's why you got your medical request.

Now the officer will create another note ( which he might have done it as your GCMS notes are 1 month old) which will pass your eligibility completely.

My friend you might get RPRF request soon. Good luck!

Also, is there anything mentioned in GCMS which says "FOSS

I did paid my RPRF upfront in May 2015. I see FOSS=N in my GCMS notes (not sure whether we are referring to same field though).

Can I know what it stands for?

Thanks

Its means that CIC/CBSA has not taken any enforcement action against you.

Hi Vikrant..

My application was reviewed by officer in April 16 2015 with comments = Review Required by Officer

Now eligibility=in progress , criminality=in progress, and security=not started.

What would that 'Application Assignment date of 2016/02/04' mean for me?

Thanks
