Definitely email CIC letting them know! They replied to me the next day with the MR for both of us. The IME numbers were sequential (mine was first) so I should have received mine at the same time as his.

I sent email to CIC to this mail ID (CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry@cic.gc.ca) that I sent some documents and to acknowledge that they received it, I sent them on 12th, Haven't heard anything from them, Any suggestions for how to get response from them
Also do we get any auto reply from them when we send any email to this id

I received auto reply instantly then actual reply about 30 hours later.

I have a question, regarding the marital status change I sent email to CIO-Sydney-Search-Enquiry@cic.gc.ca, but haven't got any reply from them. I don't know why they have that email ID in AOR and says to let them know of any status change. Did I miss something? or they won't reply anything from this email?

Same here. What I would expect might be an updated Schedule A still, but I am not sure, since I always kept them up-to-date. Perhaps direct to PPR or COPR, depending what country you come from and if they therefore require your passport. Let's see what happens.
