Because it's been over a year and you might have changed jobs and traveled a lot in the meantime.
Even if you informed them about job changes, it's easier for them to have it all in one place, said Schedule A, again.
Simple.

Hi folks thanks to all people in forum I am august 11 2014 Applicant and got my medical request on 26th Nov 2015 after very long wait but finally happy to see something on my file.. Yesterday did e medicals. Currently I am in India. And whats next procedure? any Idea. Be patient all will get medicals and PR.

Congratulations! My timeline is: App received - Aug 1 2014, AOR - Oct 17 2014. Few weeks back I received an email from CIC to make payment for my new born daughter (she is newly added to my application). I made the payment on next day....Since then, no communication from CIC, no MR request....Don't know how long to wait...
