What type of questions about your employment? Where they asking about pay? position?

Duration of employment (Part time and full time), because I worked part time for two years before I had one year full time experience. Also, they asked for no. of employees working in company and how old the company is operating for. And wages too... They had a conversation for around 2 and half minutes.

as for the temporary resident - is this like a TRV?
valid for re-entry in Canada?

A BOWP, like a temporary work permit, does not authorize re-entry. It only defines what you can do in Canada, i.e. work for any employer because of its open nature, but does not substitute a visa. Visa allows you to enter the country, BOWP allows you to work once you get in.
If you need a visa to enter the country you have to request a TRV based on your BOWP.

Is it a good sign? Any comment plz....

THE DAY I GOT MY MEDICAL....THEY CALLED MY PREVIOUS EMPLOYER AND ASK GENUINE QUESTIONS.....I DIDNT HEAR ANYTHING BACK FROM THEM AFTER THAT ...

This is good sign as they are satisfied with Employer answer.
Now they want to check your criminal record through RCMP.

Hay I got a question, I sent my original rcmp certificate with my application. why would they ask me again and do i need to do my finger print again or just order the previous certificate.

Any input would help. Thanks

They mentioned in the email that-

"You must send the fingerprints and a copy of this notice directly to the RCMP National Headquarters in Ottawa within 30 days from the date of this notice.

Do not submit fingerprints to our office that have not been processed by the RCMP as this will cause a delay in the processing of your application.

The RCMP will send the results directly to the Case Processing Centre – Ottawa (CPC-O) within the processing time published on the RCMP’s website."


Did you just go to the Police station to get the RCMP done? Will they send the everything to Headquarter by themselves ??

Getting call after MR is a normal and also a good sign as the senior VO is finalizing your eligibility assessment. So do not worry at all.

Hey,
Any idea of why CIC contacted your employer? To verify continuous employment? To verify job duty and NOC?
I thought old CEC only required 1 year of experience at the time of filing application, regardless of what happens after the submitted 1 year NOC 0, A, B experience.
