This is a very good news for us. It looks like that when the one year due date (it is usually from the date they start to process the file) is passed, they have to open the file and do something.

well I was doing fine till now but when I met one of my co-worker who applied in May 2015 in express entry got PR in October 2015, this news has really depressed me, why CIC is f**king with only old CEC applicants. why?

You will be very annoyed then knowing October EE AOR get PPR now, within less than a month's processing time; which is so frustrating given that we applied one year ago and has not yet processed.
