Just have a quick question for the CEC application if we submited an express entry profile with celpip score can we change it to an IELTS score later on?

Just have a quick question for the CEC application if we submited an express entry profile with celpip score can we change it to an IELTS score later on?

Use crs calculator and confirm the change in your score. However in what scenario you are looking to do this why to make a file complicated. Explain
