Hello Guys
I have received ITA under CEC on August 31st 2022
My forms are filled and all documents are uploaded but have few queries if some one can help me with it
Q1. In Travel/National Identity document upload section should I upload all pages of passport along with study & work permit or only front & last page of passport is sufficient ?
Q2. In travel history I have only travelled from India to Canada for study and then made one trip during my work permit back to India and now again in Canada. Should I include this in travel history?
Q3. Digital Photo requirement mentions that photograph to be 50X70mm but passport pro gave me a regular photo without cropping, would that be fine or I need to have exact dimension for the photo?
would really appreciate if anyone can advice on this asap need to submit my profile as deadline is nearing
Thanks
Q1- You only need to upload current valid passport and should scan all pages of passport that have a marking, stamps along with front and last page. Work permit copies are not required anr you can attach them in your work experience section. Please read carefully the instructions.
Q2- Yes, ofcourse since you travelled , why wouldn't you.
Q3- That's not the photo requirements-50*70 is for actual PR card but not for post ITA submission. For this you need to have 35*45 mm only at minimum and other requirements.
Note- Ensure you include your eca and ielts results in education document section as there isn't any section to upload these and they delay stuff if you don't add it.
Also read the instructions bery carefully for each document.
Frame size
• The final frame size of the photo must be at least 35 mm x 45 mm.
• The photographs must show a full front view of the head and tops of shoulders, with the face in the middle of the photograph.
• The size of the head, from chin to crown, must be between 31 mm and 36 mm.
• Digital dimensions are often expressed in pixels or DPI (dots per inch). The physical dimensions in pixels must be at least 420 x 540.
Quality/resolution
If an existing photo is being scanned, the minimum resolution must be 600 pixels per inch.
File format
• The file may be submitted in JPEG or JPEG2000 format.
• The final size of the image should ideally be 240 kB (kilobytes), but not less than 60 kB.
• The image must be in color (24 bits per pixel) in RGB color space, which is the common output for most digital cameras.
