I called IRCC on 3rd Feb and they said Eligibility & Security not started

I got my portal confirmation email (replied on same day) on Feb 8th but I have not received PR Portal credentials after 5 days, is anyone else facing this as well ?

We are in the same boat brother. Mine is on 9th. We don't need to be anxious about this, as PR application was already approved.
I heard cases between 1 day to 3 months waiting for the CoPR.
I see the CoPR number getting generated in the following link. You can try this.

Have you tracked changes to your file (when background checking started/completed, eligibility, etc)?

It's SVO Sydney man, there are a bunch of us from November from that VO. They are super slow!
