Finally was able to talk to a kind agent today

AOR - Sept 18
only GU - April 21
CEC with 2 dependents
all stages passed
Wait for further updates from IRCC.

It looks like there is a huge pile of 'all stages passed' files sitting at someone's desk and it's just a matter of time before final approval is done.

For me it took 13 days to receive portal email.
All Stages Passed: April 10th
Portal Email: April 23rd (replied back with information in 2 hrs)
Portal Credentials: April 24th

Update:

COPR received yesterday !!
Finally, after waiting this long, I got my COPR yesterday on portal.

Portal Email: April 23rd (replied back with information in 2 hrs)
Portal Credentials: April 24th
COPR in Portal: April 26th.

If the latter, you can call and check, maybe?

I tired calling but wasn’t able to talk to any representative. Is the portal information different from what we get on the call?

Thanks, I received 4 GU in total. The first one was in mid February, and the last on 21st April.

Received first GU yesterday.
Just called IRCC, Eligibility and Criminality passed yesterday, Security not started.

any idea, how long they take to start and complete security?

I just got ghost update where Background changed from “Your application is still in progress...” to “We are processing your background check”

AOR Sep 25 CEC with no dependents
I called agent today and learned that all assessments were passed on 04/25 (the day I got GU and that happens to be on Sunday) and waiting for final approval. I specifically asked about file transfer but agent told me it is still in Ottawa.

In most of the cases, the portal is not up to date.

my account status changed yesterday after I received COPR.

and yes primary VO was Ottawa but not sure about seconday office as in GCMS, 2 seconday offices was listed, one was "Centralized Intake Office" and second was CPC-Edmonton, and COPR received from Etobicoke so not sure which one should I consider as seconday VO.

Just got an email from Etobicoke-Landings, with subject, CONFIRMATION OF PERMANENT RESIDENCE INFO REQUIRED.

The email is asking to confirm we are all in Canada (main applicant and 3 dependent) date of entry and our address.

We just replied.

I am a little confused now. What to expect now? What are the next steps? The portal is still saying Submitted.
