i called last week and my eligibility is in progress, security is passed. my aor is 17jan.
I m not going to call them again n again bcz they don’t have solution just useless answer with no proof.I ll wait until 6 months n them try to find status of application through web form or gcms.

Same thing. My AOR is 26th, i'll wait out the 6 months and if i dont get it by then i'll order those notes.
Any idea how long it takes to get the GCMS?

Right now it’s around 31 days

I think CBSA notes also provide the same information and takes about 10 days. But why everyone orders GCMS?

if someone know, please explain.

Did you apply through express entry? How did you get an update on file transfer?
If you look at the comment he wrote he clearly said he called IRCC and probably agent told him

Security: Not Started
Criminality: In progress
Info Sharing: Complete

It’s 204 page long lol. Can’t even read pass the first 10 pages
 
From the note, they have reviewed my foreign and Canada education along with ECA for me and my spouse. Also the language test (IELTS)

Do your officer's notes have any of the following sections? -
1. R10 - This is called completeness check
2. A11.2 - This is eligibility review
