Yes, but when they start my background check how will they verify the submitted documents?
The cell number is the only way they can contact them but since the 12 hours time difference they might need their email info right?
when I spoke with the agent she told me that when they start the security check thats when they will check if all the documents are legitimate or not.
I don't know what to do to be honest at this point.

@BK1993 , my AOR was 10th Jan and my online account still shows "Review of eligibility We are reviewing whether you meet the eligibility requirements ". I think, you have high chances of getting your application approved faster.

I think its the agent that told him that his eligibility check is completed, usually that don't change until the end. You can call and check your update. I will myself give them a call today to see whats the status.

Sure, will call CIC. Hopefully, we will get an experienced agent. Generally they says "your application is in Progress"

The agent said the eligibility is met and criminality is in process. my status is still the same

Nope, we both have same AOR date, I had my biometrics done on Jan 30th, nothing after that.

End of last year process time as averaging around 3 months, right now its around 4 months. So still little early for us. Hopefully something by mid of next month.

Any updates with your application? Feb 10 was my Biometrics submission. No update since then.
