What! ? I do not think you can apply under EE if you have already filed under previous rules.

I think you would have to remove your previous file to be considered under EE.

Please confirm twice before you make a file.

Other members called CIC, and it was confirmed to them you can apply under two different categories. but if I receive AOR before ITA, I will have to withdraw my file. and if I get ITA before I get AOR I will have to withdraw my CEC application under the old rules.

As long as both applications are in initial steps and neither of them has been processed then I'm Ok for now.

Hi,

I applied under CEC in October 2014, my CC got charged in Dec, and now waiting for AOR - maybe will have it by end of Feb - I applied under EE as well to see if I will get ITA or not.

My score was 409. You guys think I have an chance of getting ITA?

Definitely bro either FSWP or EE .. I would say earlybirds applicants will get through EE cause not many people have LMIA and provincial nominee hasnt started at fullest , same story with Job Bank...The Panorama will get clear around March - April ;)

Can any one of tell me how to calculate hours.

I started working on 14th January 2014 and I have 1800 hours of work. I had 3 weeks of paid holiday (4% vacation pay with every pay check). If I apply say end of January, I should be good right?

Wouldnt vacation be counted since you are officially a full time employee that time as well...when company gives you a letter it wont say he was on holidays on these 5 days etc...its your joining date thats it...

I have my AOR and I have also created a progile with EE, do u know I am risking both the apps?
I was thinking I can withdraw the first app if I get ITA

There´s no harm applying under EE, and pls do not withdraw your FSWP. Just No.

Please

You already have your AOR, Don't even think about withdrawing your application. If I had my AOR I wouldn't have applied under EE. You already know for sure that you have a complete application and processing has begun. Chose the safe path my friend.
