CEC and FSW difference after ITA

Hi,

Apart from proof of funds what is the difference between CEC and FSW after receiving an ITA?

ECA is mandate for all degrees in FSW where as not in CEC.

are you sure? what if i have my last degree i.e. masters is from Canada?

There will be customized checklist based on FSW or CEC.

for CEC : We need to provide facts that proves that you have worked in Canada claimed in EE profile. Most of the cases it will be record of only one employment .
for FSW: We need to provide Employment records for last 10 years and not the latest . Means reference letter from all employers during the period.

After an ITA you need to prove everything you received points for, even if you are selected for CEC, you still need to prove your foreign work experience if you had gained points for that.

It doesn't matter there's EE or no EE, they are all the documents you need to have for each category. You should know that EE is not an immigration program, it's just a system to select candidates for PR faster. All the processes to apply for PR after you get ITA are the same. CIC will ask you to apply PR either under CEC or FSW or Provincial Nominee.
